Secretary, Judy Allen, is a retired administrator and development director; currently a practicing life coach.

Dick Clover is a retired high technology senior manager primarily for Intel and Hewlett-Packard.

Lisa Dawson is the Executive Director of the Northeast Oregon Economic Development District and has worked with small business owners for over 20 years.

Ruby Lathrop is a Branch Manager at a regional bank, has owned several small businesses, and currently owns a local Winery and Tasting Room.

Susan Moore is a retired CPA whose career included business management, auditing, and corporate accounting and finance.

Past Chair Person, Marya Nowakowski, has led an eclectic life ranging from fiber and dance artist to ecologist and tropical forester and is currently working in Historic Preservation.

Chair Person, Vicki Searles, is the Executive Director of the Wallowa County Chamber of Commerce with twelve years of professional experience in business development, marketing, fundraising, and tourism.

Vice Chair Person, Marc Stauffer, has been self-employed for 30+ years in his family owned furniture refinishing/repair/reproduction business, and has been involved in local, county and state government.

Treasurer, Heather Tyreman, spent over 20 years in healthcare finance and logistics and for the last 11 years owns a very successful hospitality business she created with her husband/partner.

Don Swart is a retired newspaper editor and publisher.
